Hey everyone! I’m currently pregnant and wondering about coffee consumption during pregnancy. I’ve heard different opinions on how much is safe, and I want to make sure I’m being cautious. How much coffee (or caffeine in general) do you drink while pregnant, and have you made any changes to your routine? Would love to hear your experiences and any recommendations for alternatives.

I’m trying to figure out the best time to take a pregnancy test. Can anyone recommend when it's most accurate to test, and is there a way to calculate the ideal time to avoid false results? I know timing matters, and I’ve heard it’s important to wait until after a missed period, but I’m not sure how to approach it. Is there a pregnancy test calculator or guide that can help me determine the right time?
