I've been having sudden nosebleeds since I got pregnant, and it's quite bothersome. Are there any safe home remedies or tips I can use to help stop nose bleeding when it occurs during pregnancy?
My mom keeps insisting I soak badam at night and eat in the morning for the baby's brain. I do like them but wanted to check how many is okay daily. Is too much almond fine during pregnancy?
