Lately, my feet have started swelling quite a bit, especially towards the end of the day. I'm in my second trimester. What are some common reasons for swollen feet during pregnancy that I should know about?
I've been having terrible nasal congestion lately and it's making it hard to sleep. Can I use regular nasal drops for relief, or are they unsafe during pregnancy?
