I'm anxiously waiting to take a pregnancy test. How soon after a missed period or potential conception can you reliably take a pregnancy test? I want to get an accurate result.
I think I might be in early pregnancy, and I'm feeling some new sensations in my lower abdomen. It's a bit different from my usual period cramps. Can anyone describe how their lower abdomen felt during their early pregnancy?
