Im 10 weeks and my gynac mentioned some screening test for down syndrome but i forgot to ask the exact timing. At which week is it usually done? Want to be prepared mentally.
Pehli baar khareedne ja rahi hu medical store se aur idea hi nahi kitne ka aata hai. Don't want to look clueless waha pe honestly. Roughly kitne me mil jaata hai aajkal?
My MIL keeps saying agar baby late aata hai cycle me to it decides ladka ya ladki. Honestly im not sure if there's any truth in this ya just an old wives tale. Anyone heard this before?

I've been doing kapalbhati every morning for years and it really keeps me fresh. Now that I'm pregnant I'm scared the belly movement might harm baccha. Should I stop completely or modify? Pls share if any of u continued.
