My husband and I would love to have twins, and I'm curious if there are any natural factors or lifestyle choices that might increase the chances of a twin pregnancy.

My cycles are a bit irregular so im not fully sure when it actually happened. The doc gave a due date from the scan but i still wanna understand how to figure the conception date. anyone know how its calculated?
