I'm trying to have a healthy and happy pregnancy experience. What steps can I take to ensure I have a good and smooth pregnancy journey?
just found out im pregnant and im confused how to count the weeks. matlab from which date do we start counting? my periods were a bit irregular so even more confused. how did u all figure it out?
I have this grm cream at home for skin and i keep using it na, but now im in my 2nd trimester and suddenly got worried. Is it safe or should i stop? Will ask gynac also but wanted to know if anyone used it.

My doctor keeps checking platelets at every visit and i never really understood why they stress on it so much. Im 30 weeks now and just curious what role it plays. Can someone explain in simple words?
