Before pregnancy, I was trying to lose some weight. Now that I'm pregnant, is it possible or even healthy to lose weight during pregnancy, or should I focus on maintaining my current weight? I'm a bit confused.
Im in 5th month and everyone says talk to the baby daily but I feel a bit awkward yaar, like what do I even say. Do you all just chat randomly or read something? share what u do pls.
I'm around 6 weeks and saw thoda light spotting today, brownish types. Got little tension because I don't know what's normal and what's not. Can someone tell how it actually looks, like is it red or brown? Planning to call my gynac also.
I keep getting this weird pulling and bloated feeling in my lower pet and im not even sure if im pregnant yet. tested a bit too early maybe. how did it feel for you in those first weeks?
