Yes, absolutely! 😴 In my first few weeks, I could fall asleep literally anywhere, even on the office desk! It's a very common sign, so grab a pillow and enjoy your naps. 💖
I'm in my 3rd trimester now and barely have the energy to roll over in bed! We did our scan at 28 weeks, and it was worth it, but make sure you book it before 32 weeks or they get too squished to show their face.

Along with your regular doctor-prescribed thyroid medication, keeping active really helps. I did daily 30-minute light walks and gentle prenatal yoga after my doctor gave the okay. It kept my energy levels up despite the TSH changes.
