With my twin pregnancy, the doctor put a complete ban on it from day one, so we had no choice! But for most normal pregnancies, it is totally safe. Just don't try any crazy gymnastics and you both will be absolutely fine, haha!

Haan, physical sitting cross-legged on the bed or floor is totally fine, it won't squeeze the baby. Just don't sit in one position for hours. Get up and move around every 30 minutes to avoid leg cramps.
Actually yaar, ghee is super healthy for your joints and skin during pregnancy. Just put a little bit on your chapatis, no need to drink cupfuls of it!
I actually eat it quite often because it's so easy to digest. Did your doctor suggest any specific veggies to avoid, or are u just double checking?
