Hi moms, I love starting my day with hot lemon water. Is hot lemon water safe to drink during pregnancy? I want to make sure I'm not consuming anything harmful.
I have zincovit at home from before and we just started trying this month. Not sure if I should continue it now or check with doc first. Anyone took it while planning?
