I recently delivered, and honestly, I craved noodles so much during my second trimester! I just ordered from good, hygienic places and asked them to make it without ajinomoto (MSG) and thoda less spicy.
Absolutely, mild cramps are quite normal in the early days because your uterus is preparing to stretch. I had them too and thought my period was coming, but it turned out to be positive. Just monitor the intensity and avoid self-medicating for the pain.
I totally panicked when this happened to me in my second trimester, I literally thought something was wrong with the baby! But my doctor reassured me it's normal as long as there is no severe pain or fever. Just take rest, have simple food, and ask your gynac if you need any safe medicine.
My gynac explained that pregnancy increases blood flow and sweat gland activity, which causes this temporary odor. She advised avoiding highly spicy foods that trigger sweat and suggested using a safe, aluminum-free deodorant after checking with her.
Humare yahan toh kehte hain pani chutne ke baad bilkul ghar pe nahi baithna chahiye. Mujhe jab achanak geela laga toh hum turant hospital chale gaye the. Tum bhi der mat karo beta, doctor ko phone lagao.
