Haan, it is completely normal, I had it throughout my pregnancy too. It's just the body's way of keeping things clean. My little boy is a healthy toddler now, so relax!
I tracked my preconception vitamins on my app daily. Usually, the standard dose is lower, and 5mg is prescribed under specific advice. Better to get a quick prescription from your gynac to start the correct daily dosage.
Everyone's recovery timeline is totally different, so please check with your gynac before starting any abdominal exercises or wearing postpartum belts. Doing heavy exercises too early can cause long-term health issues inside. Your safety and recovery should come first.
Oh, if you are not pregnant and still seeing fluid, it's best to show a doctor! 🌸 Sometimes hormonal shifts can cause this, so don't worry but do get it checked out. Take care! 💕
I am not a doctor, but I waxed regularly throughout my pregnancy without any issues. My only advice is to do a patch test first because pregnancy hormones can make your skin react differently. If you are in doubt, you can ask your gynac once.
