Yaar actually yes, they get quite heavy and change size. Buy some stretchable, wireless nursing bras, they are an absolute life saver.
There are many old home methods like using salt or sugar, but honestly none of them are reliable. The safest way is to use a standard pharmacy test kit or consult your gynac for a blood test.
I have been hearing so many relatives telling me to drink coconut water and kesar milk for a fair baby. Is this actually true? I'm in my 5th month and honestly find it a bit weird but get worried if I should do it.
Actually yaar, my gynac said pineapple is totally fine in moderation, but everyone at home went crazy when I asked! So I just avoided it to keep the peace. If you really want, just have a small slice, nothing will happen.
Please call your gynac immediately. I had bleeding early on and we had to be extremely careful, so it's always best to get checked.
