I panicked so much when we had sex in the first month and I felt minor cramps after. But my doctor reassured me it's totally normal unless there is bleeding. Just go gentle and don't worry!
Looking back, my biggest clue was this crazy fatigue where I could sleep anywhere. I also had light spotting which I now know was implantation bleeding. It's different for everyone, so don't stress too much.
Contractions usually feel like a tight band squeezing your belly, starting from the back and moving to the front. Take it step by step, stay calm, and always keep your doctor's emergency number close.
Pls be careful and discuss this with your gynac during your routine checkup. In my case, I had early contractions so I had to be very careful with any breast changes. Gynac always knows best.
Mild back pain is common as your pelvic ligaments loosen up. But listen, if the pain is very severe or accompanied by cramps, go to your gynac immediately.
