I was reading about this, and apparently the blood vessels expand so BP can drop in the first half of pregnancy. It sounds a bit scary but I hope it is manageable.

Listen, it took 9 months to grow a baby, so give yourself at least that much time to recover. Start with simple daily walks and pelvic floor exercises. Don't go for heavy workouts without your doctor's green light.
