Same here, I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and noticing this a lot. Is it supposed to continue throughout the first trimester? I was thoda worried initially, but my doctor told me it's totally normal as long as there's no itching.
My doctor explained that the second trimester needs extra calcium and iron. So I made sure to include ragi, milk, and spinach in my meals. Also, check with your gynac about your specific supplement dosages.
I've been researching this as we are planning soon! You just need to collect your morning urine, use the dropper to add 2-3 drops into the round slot, and wait flat for 5 minutes. One line means negative, and two lines—even if one is super faint—means positive! It seems so exciting to wait for those lines.
Listen to me, don't panic. If they are irregular and go away when you move, it is just your uterus practicing. But if they start hurting a lot, call your gynac right away. I'm here for you.
Carrying twins meant double the weight stress, my doctor actually wanted me to gain more! I felt like a walking balloon, but it was all worth it. Just eat healthy portions and don't try to 'eat for two' or three, that is a total myth.
