Honestly, just prop a pillow under your hips and stay in bed for 15 minutes, don't run to clean up immediately. But don't make it clinical, try to enjoy the process before you have a baby keeping you awake all night!
I felt my stomach hardening like stone in my 8th month and got so scared. Turns out it was just normal practice contractions, but I still checked with my doctor to be sure.
Offcourse you can, yaar! Don't stress too much about these small things, pregnancy doesn't mean you can't look groomed. Just go get your eyebrows done and pamper yourself, you will feel so much better!

Oh god, I used to worry about everything from incense sticks to camphor! I read somewhere that inhaling too much camphor is not good for the baby's development. I literally stopped putting kapoor in my bedroom temple because I was so scared. Pls avoid it just to have peace of mind!
