Beti, thyroid is very common nowadays, so don't get scared. Take your doctor's medicine on empty stomach daily, and you can also drink warm coriander seed water which is traditionally good, but only alongside proper medical advice.
I can't give any medical advice on this, but during my pregnancy, my doctor scheduled an NT scan around week 12 and a blood test called double marker. It was just a routine screening they do for everyone to check for chromosomal conditions. Definitely talk to your doctor about these routine tests.
Conceiving with thyroid is very much possible, so don't lose heart. You just need to get your TSH checked and start the thyroid tablet as prescribed by your doctor to bring it under 2.5. Once your thyroid levels are stable, conceiving becomes much easier.
Oh god, I used to overthink this so much, thinking even a mild cramp after orgasm was dangerous! But my gynac reassured me that light contractions from orgasm are totally harmless. Just double check with your doc once if you have any history of spotting.
I felt some stretching pain early on too. I only did gentle walking which my doctor allowed me to do, which actually helped with the bloating. But if the pain is severe, stop everything and consult your doctor.
