Please don't skip your meals or indulge too much in sugary sweets and refined carbs thinking you are 'eating for two'. I had gestational diabetes and had to be extremely careful with my food. Focus on high-protein, balanced meals instead of empty sugar spikes.
Arey, my MIL also used to say eat this or do that for a boy, but honestly it's all old wives' tales. At the end of the day, a healthy baby is all we pray for, and nowadays daughters are doing even better than sons!
Same here, the first month felt like nothing was happening but my body was secretly working so hard. Just make sure to start your prenatal vitamins as advised by your doctor.
Don't worry, paracetamol is mostly safe during pregnancy, but please don't take it without your doctor's confirmation. Just give your gynac a quick call.
Honestly, wait till your period is late unless you love staring at faint lines at 5 AM! Just give it a week after your missed date to be absolutely sure and save yourself some sanity.
