I've been experiencing quite a bit of upper back pain lately, and it's making daily activities uncomfortable. What are some safe and effective ways to get rid of or relieve upper back pain during pregnancy?
My mother suggested I eat amla for its vitamin C, especially during pregnancy. Is it safe to eat amla (Indian gooseberry) while expecting? I want to make sure it's good for me and the baby.
