My skin has suddenly broken out with a lot of acne, and my period is also late. Can an increase in acne sometimes indicate that I might be pregnant?
I enjoy eating drumstick vegetables, especially in sambar. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm wondering if drumstick veg is safe to consume. Can it be taken during pregnancy, or should I avoid it? I want to be careful with my diet.
