I'm eagerly waiting to know if I'm pregnant after trying. After conception, how many days typically pass before a pregnancy can be detected by a home test or blood test? When is it accurate?
My last scan showed fluid is on the lower side and doc said keep an eye. Honestly thoda scared hu after reading things online. Apart from drinking more water, what else helps?
