I'm trying to find out as early as possible if I'm pregnant. How soon after conception or a missed period can a blood test accurately determine pregnancy?
My period is just 2 days late and i couldnt wait so tested in the evening, came negative. Now confused if timing matters. Can u test anytime of the day or only morning?
