I had spotting in my 6th week and thought my world ended, but now my baby is crying at 3 AM! It's common but you can't ignore it. Call your gynac immediately and let them do a scan to check.
My MIL and mom both made me wear a cotton cloth belt (pet bandhna) after my delivery, and honestly, that traditional way helped support my back and reduce bloating. Along with that, warm water and simple home-cooked food works wonders. Give your body some time!
I used to panic reading about uterus sizes and thinking mine was too small! But my doctor told me it's normally only about the size of a small pear or a closed fist. It's amazing how much it stretches to fit a baby, so don't worry at all!
Actually, Elocon is a pretty strong steroid cream, so it's not totally safe to just apply it during pregnancy. It's always better to show your skin issue to your gynac or a skin doc. They can suggest a much milder and safer cream for you.
Actually yaar, I also faced this in first trimester, food dekh kar hi ulti aati thi. My MIL used to force me to eat but honestly, just listen to your body. Just chill and eat light things like khichdi or fruits when u feel like.
