Honestly, our bodies go through so much, during my pregnancy I was throwing up all day and post-delivery my tummy looked like a deflated balloon. Don't rush into heavy workouts right away. Give yourself at least 6 months, drink plenty of water, and start with very gentle walks when you feel ready.
