My MIL always told me to wait at least a week after missing my date before testing. She said old timers just knew, and testing too early only brings anxiety. It's actually good advice because the hormone level is higher by then.
I used to think I must drink it only in the morning, but my gynac said anytime is fine. Just don't force yourself if you feel nauseous.
I was so worried because my morning sickness started even before my missed period! Every time I felt nauseous, I thought something was wrong. But actually it's very common in the first trimester, hang in there.
When my water broke, it was a slow leak. I had to monitor my hydration carefully because of my GD and diet plan. If you suspect any fluid leak, immediately contact your gynac as it's not safe to wait at home.
With my PCOS, my body already had hormonal imbalances, but snoring wasn't something I experienced early on. It usually happens in later trimesters due to weight gain or swelling in the nasal passages. It's better to focus on classic signs like missed periods or tender breasts.
