My bp keeps coming low and i feel dizzy when i get up fast, almost fell once in the kitchen. Im in 2nd trimester. What do u all do at ghar pe to manage it?

We only have an indian toilet at ghar and now in 6th month it feels thoda difficult to bend down and sit. My MIL says it is fine but im a little worried about all that pressure on pet. Anyone else still using it?
