I took a urine pregnancy test this morning. Is there a certain amount of time I should wait after urinating before doing the test for it to be most accurate?
My period is delayed by about a week and I'm anxious to know if I'm pregnant. Can I test for pregnancy accurately after just one week of missed period, or should I wait longer?
