I'm currently trying to conceive, but the constant thinking and stress are affecting my studies. I really want to stop obsessing over pregnancy and focus on my academics for now. Has anyone successfully managed to shift their focus like this?
I sometimes use a massager for my back or neck pain, and it really helps. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm not sure if it's safe. Can we use a massager during pregnancy, or should I avoid it completely?
