I'm nearing the end of my second trimester. When exactly does the seventh month of pregnancy typically begin, in terms of weeks?
i used to swim regularly before and miss it a lot. im 5 months now and thinking of going back to the pool for some light exercise. is swimming actually safe in pregnancy or should i wait? would love to hear if anyone here swam during these months.

Im in my 9th month and at last scan doc said baby ka weight is slightly less than expected. Now im a bit worried and want to do whatever i can in this last month. What all did u eat for this?
Someone in our ghar is being treated for TB and we all stay together. Im 4 months pregnant and bohot worried about catching it. Will def ask my doc but wanted to know if any of u faced similar situation.
