I've been having some headaches lately, and I'm wondering if they could be an early sign of pregnancy. What do headaches in early pregnancy typically feel like, are they different from normal headaches?
I've been taking selenium supplements for my hair and skin, but now I'm pregnant. I'm wondering if it's still safe to continue taking selenium during pregnancy. Please advise if anyone knows.
