I've been having some persistent leg pain lately, and my period is also delayed. Could leg pain be an early sign of pregnancy? I'm trying to figure out if these symptoms are related.

Test came positive 2 din pehle and im so eager to see something on scan. Will the gynac even be able to detect anything this early or is it too soon? confused thoda.
