I know drinking water is important, but I'm constantly feeling thirsty now that I'm pregnant. How much water should I drink in pregnancy daily? Is there a specific amount that is recommended?
I'm about 8 weeks pregnant and noticed some light brown spotting today, which has made me very anxious. Is blood discharge normal during early pregnancy? Should I be worried?
