I've been experiencing a lot of morning sickness and vomiting, which leaves me feeling weak and hungry. What are some good, light things to eat after vomiting during pregnancy?
Im 8 weeks and used to walk daily before but now MIL says rest karo in early months. I feel fine otherwise. Is light walking ok in first trimester or should i wait?
