Meri saas kehti hain ki har hafte pet ka size measure karna chahiye. Par kaise pata chalega ki sahi tareeke se kaise naapna hai? Kya koi specific method hota hai?
My periods are never on time so i cant even figure out if im late or not. How do u others figure it out when theres no fixed date? im just guessing based on some nausea right now.
