I just focused on walking for 30 minutes daily and eating basic nutritious food. I also made sure to never take any medicines without my gynac's direct approval. Sharing this because keeping things simple worked best for me.
My hospital's senior consultant advised me to wait at least 3 months after a miscarriage to let the body heal physically. They ran some basic blood tests to make sure everything was normal. Definitely consult your gynac, they will guide u based on your scans.
