I'm trying to be very careful with my diet now that I'm expecting. What are some specific foods that are generally advised not to eat during pregnancy?
Just got my positive last week and im trying to understand all the hormone stuff going on. Feeling so many changes already and wondering if estrogen is the reason. Anyone know how it actually changes early on?
