I'm craving spaghetti with lots of sauce and cheese! Is it safe to eat spaghetti during pregnancy, or should I be avoiding anything specific in it? Just want to be sure.
I am newly pregnant and still trying to understand all these week and month calculations. People keep saying first trimester, second trimester, but I get confused where one ends and next starts. Can someone explain it simply?
