Yes, simple paracetamol like Crocin is safe occasionally during the TTC phase. Even after my C-section, doctors gave me paracetamol for pain relief, so it's quite a safe salt. Just make sure you aren't taking Crocin Pain Relief or anything with extra caffeine in it.

Please be very careful with sugary foods and too many high-carb snacks. I had gestational diabetes and had to strictly cut down on white rice, maida, and sweet juices. Focus more on protein like paneer, dals, and whole grains, and do track your sugar levels if doctor advised.
It is safe, but since it is very high in saturated fats, don't overdo it, especially if you have PCOS or weight concerns. Having it occasionally in curries is totally fine and actually tastes delicious.
