In our house, my mother told me not to use hard soaps or massage them too hard. She advised using gentle coconut oil if they feel dry and sore. It is very natural, so don't worry.
While recovering from my C-section, I found 'Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy' very comforting. It has a great section on postpartum healing and recovery, whether u have a normal delivery or C-section like me. Keep a pillow on your tummy while reading to stay comfortable!
As if sleeping with a big belly wasn't hard enough, now a cough! Honestly, warm water with honey was my savior because I couldn't sleep at all. Try it, and if it doesn't work, let the doc give you something safe so you can get some rest!
I used to think even a cold bite of ice cream would harm the baby, I was so scared! But my doc said a little bit of ice cream is totally fine. Just don't overdo it if you have a cold.
