I have a headache and usually take Paracetamol, but now that I'm pregnant, I'm worried about the dosage. How often can I safely take Paracetamol during pregnancy for pain relief?
Saw a little spotting this week and panicked thinking it's my period, but I am pregnant na. Got confused whether periods can even happen now. Plans to check with doc but wanted to ask here first, anyone experienced this?
