Haha, definitely not! If it were that easy to get pregnant, we wouldn't need all those expensive IVF treatments and fertility doctors. Sleep peacefully tonight, there is zero chance of pregnancy from this.
While you can estimate using your last period date, please let your doctor confirm it through an early ultrasound scan. In my case, because of some early complications, the scan date was much more reliable than my LMP. Always trust your doctor's official dating scan.
