I am planning my pregnancy and trying to understand the whole timeline of tests and scans. Is the last scan at 37 weeks generally the final one, or do they do another one closer to the due date if you go overdue? Would love to know your experiences!

Oh, that left leg pain! I used to complain about it all night, and now I'm awake all night with the baby anyway, so I guess the pain was just preparing me, haha. Hot water bag was my absolute savior back then.

Generally, doctors strictly advise against any travel in the 9th month because you are so close to your due date. Even airlines won't allow you to fly, and road travel can be very bumpy and trigger contractions. Better to pack your hospital bag and relax at home now.

I also tried tracking my dates online. Did you try using any period tracking apps? They help find the peak fertile days easily.

Same here, I also had this doubt. My doctor said avoiding high-sugar fruits before sleeping helps prevent acidity.
