I have no idea about Pulsatilla, but honestly, I avoid any pills unless my doc strictly prescribes them. I'd rather focus on safe cravings like fresh juice or coconut water to feel better! Ask your gynac once.
Since I had a normal delivery, I started doing very gentle pelvic floor exercises after a few weeks as advised by my doctor, which helped a lot with recovery. Just focus on eating well and bonding with your little one. It is a beautiful phase, so enjoy it!
Please don't self-medicate, even if it is common. I had thyroid issues and always checked with my gynac before taking even a simple paracetamol.
Arey, simple hai, just look at your ultrasound report. Usme EDD (expected delivery date) likhi hoti hai, waha se days minus kar lo. No need to overcomplicate things.
For me, the first symptom was crying over a ruined maggi packet, hormones are crazy! Seriously, you might just feel very fatigued, pee a lot, or have sore breasts. Don't stress too much overanalyzing every little body ache!
