I had my baby at 39 and even had a normal delivery! Stay active, eat healthy, and keep your mind super positive. If your body is fit, things fall into place naturally.
I know how desperately you want to know early, especially if you've faced losses before. But testing early can sometimes show chemical pregnancies which are heartbreaking. Please try to protect your heart and wait till your period is actually missed.
Most symptoms show up around the 5th or 6th week, but don't freak out if you don't feel anything yet. Some women have super smooth pregnancies with zero nausea. Just do a home test a week after your missed period to be sure.
I used to worry so much about whether we did it right or if I got up too fast afterwards! I read so many articles, but actually, just staying in bed for a few minutes and keeping a positive mind is enough. Sending you lots of baby dust, hope you get good news soon.
I know how anxiety-inducing this waiting phase can be, especially when you are watching your body so closely. Ovulation symptoms usually settle quickly, but pregnancy symptoms tend to build up. Please be gentle with yourself during this sensitive time.
