I'm pregnant and heard that jaundice can sometimes be a concern. What are some general tips or precautions one can take to try and avoid jaundice during pregnancy? I want to make sure I'm doing everything right.

My saas soaks kishmish for me every morning and keeps adding more daily, haha. I do enjoy them but wondering kitne is actually okay in a day. Anyone keeping track?
