I am in a very difficult situation and going through a lot of stress about my pregnancy. I've heard some things about miscarriage at home and I'm trying to understand more about it during this challenging time.

My kit showed positive and im happy but also half disbelief, like can these things ever be wrong? should i confirm with a blood test also? just want to be 100 percent sure before telling everyone.
