I'm a bit confused about the timeline of pregnancy. If I conceive, will I definitely miss my next period? Or can there be some bleeding even after conception? I want to know what to expect.
I've been having some mild stomach cramps for the past few days, similar to period pains but a bit different. My period is due soon, so I'm wondering if these cramps could be an early sign of pregnancy.

We have been trying since almost a year and my husband travels a lot for work, mostly out of station. Sometimes i feel ki because of his travel our timing always goes off. Is travel actually a reason or im just overthinking?
