Haha, yes! In early pregnancy, you are thirsty because of hormones, and by the 3rd trimester, you are still thirsty but now the baby is using your bladder as a trampoline! It's a never-ending cycle of drink, pee, repeat.
My toddler keeps me on my feet now, but during my pregnancy, I made sure to take short walks every hour. Just stretching your legs and ankles while sitting also helps a lot. Don't worry too much, active rahoge toh everything will be fine!
